Welcome to the debut of
Jeremy believes that with great vineyards comes deep roots. Roots that are iconic, memorable, and revolutionary. Jeremy Nickel Cellars has some of the deepest roots in some of Napa’s most iconic wineries. Founded by Jeremy Nickel, a second-generation vintner and founder of The Vineyard House, Jeremy has been able to take years of experience and insight in winemaking and source fruit from some of the most exclusive vineyards in The Napa Valley.
Despite its limited acreage, Napa Valley has a diverse growing region with many different microclimates and several soil types. For example, the Atlas Peak appellation sits higher up in elevation than most of Napa's wine regions which limits the cool fog coming in from Pacific Ocean. The soil of in much of the region is volcanic and very porous which allows it to quickly cool down in the increased sunlight.
It’s the distinctive terroir of the region that produces the balance and sophistication of Jeremy Nickels Cellars wines. It is the quality of wine produced in the Napa valley and the passion of innovation that drives Jeremy to produce wine that should be enjoyed during the special moments in life. Wine has always been an important part of Jeremy’s life and meant to be shared with family and friends. Jeremy would like to ask his closest friends to raise a glass and welcome them to a new adventure in the Nickels wine library.
